An immersive narrative space designed for a estate project

X-Space is an immersive experience space created for Sun Hung Kai Properties' TODTOWN Tianhuai project in Xinzhuang, Shanghai. The project uses artistic storytelling to showcase Tianhuai's urban vision.

Commissioned by Shanghai Sun Hung Kai Properties’ TODTOWN Tianhuai project, “X SPACE” was created as a next-generation real estate showcase. This new-generation showroom features a ceremonial opening and panoramic imagery within an immersive space. Designed with real estate marketing in mind, the project guides visitors through a journey that brings to life the scenes of a new generation of architectural living; within 120 seconds, it allows customers to experience a rich array of lifestyle scenarios firsthand, sparking their imagination about the life that awaits them.

《灵境》是为新鸿基地产位于上海莘庄的TODTOWN天荟项目打造的沉浸式体验空间。该项目为该地产项目以艺术化叙事的方式展现天荟的城市愿景。

《X SPACE》由上海新鸿基地产TODTOWN天荟项目委托，作为新一代地产展示项目二诞生。这一代展厅由具有仪式感的开启仪式以及沉浸式空间的全景影像构成。本项目从地产宣传的角度出发，带领观众穿梭体验新一代建筑生活模式的场景；让顾客在120秒的时间内切身体会到丰富的生活场景从而激起对外来生活的畅想。
